Where can a teenager buy rings that are elegant but not as high class as engagement rings?

Not as extravagant as the engagement rings but still a bit classy.
Not looking for costly prices either.

Forever 21, H&M, Windsor, Wet Seal… Anywhere like that will have cute rings, and they’re pretty cheap.
Pawnbrokers Shops are really a good deal, when i got married 2 years ago i went to a pawn shop and got the whole wedding ring set ( 2 rings for her, 1 for him) for a really good price. Most of the time they will size it to fit your finger and might offer you up to a 60% off the price like they did to me

There are places like jcpenny and clothes and jewelry stores that have rings that are just fashion or engraved rings but that are not for engament and hey if you go to the store just tell them that! You want a ring thats not for engaement but for fashion and looks! They will know!
Buy cubic zirconium. It is hard to tell them from diamonds and they are a lot less money.
